Grand Appliance and TV at 240 Peterson Road, Libertyville, Illinois.

I was in Grand appliance and had the best Sales associate ever! Rob was wonderful and knowledgeable of the products that Grand has to offer. I love my new washing Machine!! The whites are white again and the time to do a load is quick! Not to mention also purchasing on the same day a new TV. After having the New LG TV for about a week we heard a pop, I had called the Customer Service number for number and with in 24 hours I heard back from Rob and we settled the issue very quickly! Grand had offered us a new a new TV replacement. I couldn't be happier with my purchases. Grand appliance is amazing, they really take care of you with no hassle. Thank you so much Rob- sales, Justin and John in Customer service. We will be buying all our electronics and appliances from now on at Grand Appliance, I trust them completely.
