My sample size is not very big since I've only been there twice, but both times my drink was so wrong I didn't drink it. It is not a complicated order (iced tea with one sweet and low) and one had not sweeter and once had way too much. I don't know if the speaker doesn't work well (I went through the drive thru) but you go to this DD I recommend asking for your sugar and stuff on the side and putting it in yourself.
