Took my car for service several times. One star is for convenience of the repair and easy loaner process. However, the service itself is another story. After changing the transmission fluid, the tech didn't not properly close the cover - transmission fluid leaked and got onto the brake pads causing a near miss accident! The service reply was a short "sorry". Thought maybe it's a one time thing. Brought the car for service again, replaced a part. The car needed an expensive repair, went to get a second opinion. The tech shows me the supposedly replaced part old and all torn apart. Deceitful and poor service just lost a customer for good!

I'm in love with my new Acura TLX!! The whole experience was pleasant and the team went above and beyond. Thank you Tony, Eric and Parker! Great professionals with outstanding follow-up.
